Dean’s passion is to help other people so that they can enjoy a successful business and life. Dean obtained DBA from Victoria University of Wellington and he has shaped his strategies from Harvard Business School Models.

History

A new millennium meant a new start for Dean and Jo Dalton. Having sold one of their businesses in 1999, they returned from a well earned stint overseas to embark on a new journey back home. DaltonPlan® Business Action Planning was born with the aim of the game being to write and develop comprehensive business plans for new and existing businesses, and those people that want to sell their business.

DaltonPlan® is based out of Mount Maunganui, Tauranga and operates across New Zealand.

Catering to an increasing demand for business consulting on an ongoing basis, DaltonPlan® acts as a stand-in General Manager for multiple firms across New Zealand. They develop and improve the operations, recruitment, profitability, finances, sales and marketing.
